Nemi Water Sprite Form

I got the itch to draw last night and I wanted to draw a mermaid thing so here is a long-overdue full body/water sprite form for Nemi. She is able to change from this to her human form at will. I used regular graphite pencil for the base, Sharpie pen to ink it and regular colored pencils for, um... coloring. I used a pre-made base because I'm lazy and you can find it here: [link] as per the owner's request, which you will see directly to the left of the picture thingy.
